We will get back with you to discuss the specifics of the design you are looking for and go over the pricing.

From there you will see a draft of the design which you will then review and approve. (We won’t print your design until you send back a signed approval).

After the signed approval is received you can expect your garment in about a week.

OUR REFUND POLICY

At Evan & Emma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

RETURNS
Eligibility We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, due to
the nature of custom orders, we do not offer full refunds on custom orders.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at AT THIS LINK with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

REFUNDS
Processing Time Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days from your refund request.

Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately AT THIS LINK. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge as long as we are notified within thirty days of receipt of the item. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging and order number when contacting us.
